BMart - Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BMart. if you have any concerns or issues with your order, please review our return policy below:

1. Returns Eligibility:

• We accept returns for most items within 3 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, customized items, and downloadable software are not eligible for return.

• If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
